A little time to spare before a train and obviously I found myself in Boots, drawn to the counters. Keen to try something new after, a quick demonstration I ended up buying this little beauty.

Leeds Indie Food Festival is almost upon us, and I thought I would share a little about it as well as my thoughts ahead of this two week extravaganza.
Nation of Shopkeepers has long since been a Leeds favourite of mine. A convenient spot for a study snack, then a good excuse to escape the office at lunch. After a little time away for a revamp, a new look Nations opened last week, and I couldn’t wait to step though the doors and check it out for myself!
There’s nothing better than being in the company of friends, unless, that is of course you’re having food with friends (or in my case friend).
The Lost and Found on Greek Street is a unique bar and eatery, offering a period twist on the classics. The Leeds Branch of the Lost and Found is named Virginia K. Stevenson after what I imagine is an entirely made up ‘forward thinking and free-spirited individual.’
